Power Yoga Flow Vinyasa

This class is a power flow each sequence building upon the previous to the peak of class, from the peak we make a smooth decedent into mediation. This flowing sequence of movement and the warm room will help de-stress the mid and body, flush toxins, realign the spine, and open the joints. You will leave feeling taller, stronger, and calmly invigorated.

PRANA SCULPT

This class is equal parts yoga, traditional strength training, and athletic cardio training. The flowing sequences of movements and the warm room will be sure to help -your body and mind. Come sweat, move, and smile. Bring your yoga mat and water and leave your expectations at the door.

SUP YOGA

Yoga at the Narrows. We launch from Lippincott Marina. An easy paddle and vinyasa flow. Beautiful scenery of the narrows will surround you while you gently move through sequences building strength and confidence on the paddle board. (All equipment provided. Recommend wearing "yoga pants" or shorts and swim suit top that will stay in place. May prefer wet suit in the early season). Any questions, pm me on Facebook
